These logbooks contain details of all my Mountain
Walking, Climbing and Mountaineering Experience. They are organised by
volume, each of which contains a different type of activity. These
correspond with the award scheme run by the UK MLTB (Mountain Leader
Training Board). Anything that does not fit into these categories is
listed in the Additional Experience volume. |

Summer Mountain Walking Logbook
This logbook contains all of my UK summer mountain
walking experience from October 1990 to the present. |
|
|
Award Remit : |
The UK Summer ML (Mountain
Leader) Award is valid for leadership of hill walking parties in all
mountain regions of the UK, under summer conditions. |
|
|
Notes : |
The logbook contains
experience outside of the remit of the Summer ML award. This was gained
before registering with other award schemes and so was recorded there.

Winter Mountain Walking Logbook
This logbook contains all of my UK winter mountain
walking experience from December 1993 to the present. |

Award Remit : |
The UK ML (Mountain Leader) Award is valid for leadership
of hill walking parties in all mountain regions of the UK. |

Notes : |
I do not currently hold this award. I have completed the
training and have consolidated my experience. Due to the amount of time
I spend outside of the UK, I am unlikely to complete the assessment in
the near future. |

International Mountain Leader Logbook
This logbook contains all of my European mountain walking
experience from June 2004 to the present. |
|
Award Remit : |
The UK Summer ML (Mountain Leader) Award is valid for
leadership of walking parties in the European Union that are non
glaciated nor require technical climbing or alpinism. |

Notes : |
I do not currently hold this award. This logbook is used
for my personal trip recording only. |
|

|
Climbing Logbook
This logbook contains all of my climbing experience from
May 1998 to the present. |
|
|
|
|
Award Remit : |
The SPA (Single Pitch Award) is valid for Supervision of
Single Pitch Rock Climbing and Abseiling in non hazardous locations. It
does not include lead climbing. |

|
|
|
Notes : |
I do not currently hold this award. Due to the amount of
time I spend outside of the UK I am unlikely to complete the assessment
in the near future, though I intend to start rock climbing regularly
again once I stop travelling. |

Additional Experience Logbook
This logbook contains everything that is not included in
the other volumes. There are sections for : Additional Leadership
Positions, Mountaineering, Rock Climbing and First Aid Courses, Mountain
Walking outside of the European Union, Mountain Biking and Skiing. |

Notes : |
The experience in this logbook is generally relevant for
all of the award schemes. |
